Late Night with David Letterman Stupid Pet Trick Auditions

Stupid Pet Trick auditions for the LATE SHOW with David Letterman is coming to Branson!

LATE SHOW with David Letterman is looking for contestants for upcoming Stupid Pet and Human Trick segments. Stupid Pet Trick auditions will be held at the Town Square at Branson Landing in downtown Branson, Missouri. Stupid Pet Trick auditions will be held on Saturday June 16, 2012 starting at 4:00 P.M. and will end at 7:00 P.M. If you have something that is funny, safe and original, we want to hear about it!

This casting call is open to all ages. However, participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must chaperone and sign a release waiver. Participants will have the chance to be selected to perform their trick on the Late Show with David Letterman. You must arrive at the casting call between the designated times of 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. The casting call is based on a first come, first serve basis, so pre-registration will not guarantee an audition. The last audition will take place promptly at 7:00 p.m. Auditions will take place outside in front of the Branson Landing Fountains.

If you are participating in the Stupid Pet Tricks Casting Call, please take note of the following: bring water for your pet, pets must be under the control of the owner at all times prior to the casting call (leash, crate, etc.), and owner must provide proof of all current vaccinations!

All tricks must be fun, unique and safe. Animals must perform voluntarily and be treated humanely. All types of animals are welcome. This is your chance! Don't hesitate! Tell your friends and family, and you or someone you know may be on their way to New York to meet Dave. Selected participants will receive a free trip to New York, a payment for their appearance on the show, and a chance to perform their trick on the stage of the Ed Sullivan Theater in front of millions of LATE SHOW viewers.

National Hydroplane Boat Races At Rockaway Beach

Hydroplane boats will dominate the waters of Lake Taneycomo at Rockaway Beach, Missouri again this year on Saturday and Sunday, June 2 & 3, 2012! Practice runs are scheduled to begin at 10 am and will continue through 12 pm. The boat race competition begins at 1 pm and will run through 5 pm. This year also includes the fastest record run of the event.

The Rockaway Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the Hydroplane Boat Races. Spectators can view the boat races from the shores of Lake Taneycomo in downtown Rockaway Beach, Missouri.
